Paolo Zagami (born in 1977) is an Italian lawyer, writer, vice president of European Lawyers and head of the American Chamber of Commerce in Calabria.
Biography
He graduated from the Law School of the University of Rome “LUISS Guido Carli”, and received his LLM degree from the “New York Law School”. He is also English solicitor and entitled to exercise all over the Europe as European Lawyer. He is a professor of Commercial Law at the University “Mediterranea".
Achievements
He is the founder of International Law firm “Zagamilaw’ which has offices in New York, Toronto, London, Rome and Reggio Calabria. He is also the founder and regional director of the organization “Italy Futura” and local manager of the association “The Trust in Italy”. He is also the co-founder and president of the association and non-profit organization “Cesdi – Centre for International Private Law” whose main aim is to promote research on the law in general and private international law in particular. He is also the founder and chairman of the “REAL”, an organization striving for creating a professional network among all the legal professionals and Law Firms involved in the Real Estate in the whole world, especially in the United States and Italy.
Works and Publications
He is a renowned writer and author of numerous publications who writes on various subjects in Italian and English. He has authored the two books, “L’Impresa Internazionale tra Paesi di Common Law e MISt”, and the book “L’Impresa Internazionale nei Paradisi Fiscali.
