Biography
Pablo Peña Duran (Born 26 September 1955) is a former Bolivian football referee. He officiated one match each in the 1993 and the 1995 Copa America tournaments: Uruguay vs Venezuela (2-2) in 1993 and Colombia vs Ecuador (1-0) in 1995. He also oversaw a World Cup qualifying match in 1993 between Colombia and Peru in Barranquilla, which Colombia won 4-0.
