Biography
Onyeka Nnadozie Eze (9 January 1984), is a Nigerian businessman and philanthropist. He is the founder of Prince Osisioma Foundation.
Early life and education
Eze was born to the Eze royal family in Ukpo, Dunukofia, Anambra State, Nigeria and is the heir to the throne. He went to St Mary's Nursery and Primary School, Ukpo and proceeded to Bishop Crowther Seminary School, Awka for his secondary education, finishing in 2003. In 2008, he graduated from Nnamdi Azikiwe University with a degree in philosophy. On 28 April 2018, he was awarded with honorary doctor of science in public and organizational leadership by European American University.
Career
In the beginning of his career, he worked for a few years at Oranto Petroleum Limited, before setting up his own private business. In 2013, he founded Prince Osisioma Foundation. He is currently the chief finance officer at Oranto Petroleum Limited.
Philanthrophy
Since its founding in 2013, the Prince Osisioma Foundation has donated to schools, less privileged and the rural communities. In October 2018, the foundation provided food and medical items to Dzorwulu Special School, Accra, Ghana.
On 29 December 2018, the foundation carried out a medical outreach at Ukpo, Anambra State. In 2019, the foundation renovated Amawbia prisons in Anambra State. On 14 February 2020, the foundation gave out cash gifts to support traders business in Ukwulu, Dunukofia, Anambra State.
Awards and recognition
In 2017, Eze received World Habitat Humanitarian and Philanthropic Award for Excellence from World Habitat Awards. On 29 April 2019, he received Outstanding Leadership Award of Excellence in Youth Development from Euro Knowledge.
In July 2019, Attention Magazine placed him on its cover, featuring him atop its "Mid Year Impression Edition". On 18 July 2019, he received Humanitarian Personality of the Year at the 2019 African CEO Merit Award.
Personal life
Eze is the nephew of Arthur Eze. He is married to Ujunwa Nkem Eze and they have four children.
