Biography

Olli Oskar Blomqvist (21. syyskuuta 1922 Helsinki – 3. helmikuuta 2017 Helsinki) oli suomalainen juristi. Hän oli lääkintöhallituksen hallinto-osaston päällikkö 1968–1980 ja korkeimman hallinto-oikeuden hallintoneuvos 1980–1992.

Blomqvist suoritti ylemmän oikeustutkinnon 1949, oli hovioikeuden auskultantti Turun hovioikeudessa ja sai varatuomarin arvon 1953.
