Nicòstrat (Nicostratos, Nikóstratos Νικόστρατος) fou un autor tràgic grec.
Va viure al segle V aC, i va florir vers el 420 aC.
Suides el confon amb el Nicòstrat suposat fill d'Aristòfanes, però els modern autors consideren clarament que fou un personatge diferent (Meineke, Hist. Crit. Com. Graec. p. 347.).
