Biography
周永新（Nelson Chow），香港知名社會福利界人士，是香港大學社會工作及社會行政學系榮休教授。早年在香港大學取得學士學位，復在曼徹斯特大學取得經濟學碩士。曾擔任顧問，設計香港的全民退保計劃。
