Naik Alam (Urdu: نیک عالم) is a Pakistani footballer. He currently plays for PFF Tigers in the Pakistan National Football Challenge Cup. Naik Alam plays as a midfielder for PFF Tigers. He is also the leading goal-scorer for PFF Tigers in the 2019–20 PFF Tigers season.

Naik Alam was born in Ghizer, Pakistan on 1 June 1999. He is twenty years old.

Punjab Group of Colleges
Naik Alam played for Punjab Group of Colleges in his youth. He played in the "Punjab Group of Colleges Khilari" competition in his youth. It was his college football team.
Islamabad Football Association
Naik Alam played for Islamabad Football Association (ICA) in the National Intercity Championship 2019. Naik Alam was selected as emerging player and in the selection in Pakistan training camp of PFF.

Naik Alam was selected in PFF Tigers for the 2019 PFF National Challenge Cup. He was the first player to score a goal for PFF Tigers. He scored the goal in the 14th minute. He was assisted by Mobin Khan.
