Biography
Naa Klordey Odonkor ( born 23 September 1982), is a Ghanaian, female entrepreneur, TV and radio presenter. She is the female mid-morning show diva who have had a career with the EIB Network for more than 3 years.
Education
She had her degree in Project Management in Ghana Institute of Management and Public Administration (GIMPA) and Communication in African University College of Communication (AUCC).
Career
With more than 10 years of experience in Broadcast journalism, radio production, and presentation, Naa’s pivot to her career as a broadcast journalist basically started from 2003/4 with Choice FM, GBC, Spirit FM, Kapital Radio, KFM whilst still pursuing academia.
Naa Klordey had her official radio training at Garden city radio in Kumasi as a service personnel and started working as host of spirit FM’s Working Rhythms.
The breakthrough to her career started at Kapital Radio in 2007 where she hosted on the mid morning show with Lexisbill as drive time host.
In 2009 she moved to KFM with Jamestar (James Kwasi Oberko) to start KFM holding the forte and transforming urban radio in Kumasi beating the then reigning Luv Fm to pulp! This led to her discovery on air by the TV3 management to work on part time bases as a Production Assistant Manager/Script Writer and Host for TV3. She was the Host of TV3’s Ghana Most Beautiful from 2010 to 2013
In 2014, Naa Klordey Odonkor joined the EIB Network and returned to radio broadcasting with Ultimate radio after the Ghana’s Most Beautiful season 3 and 4 withTV3.
Naa Klordey Odonkor has also featured as a Voice Over Artiste for Inside Ashanti , a news magazine show that seeks to promote existing and prospective businesses in the northern sector of Ghana as well as tell the beautiful story of Asanteman.
She had numerously worked as a Radio Presenter for various radio stations in Accra and Kumasi environs getting nomination in the various People's Choice and DJ Awards.
Naa is a philanthropist and a humanitarian who have a Charity Foundation called "Naas charity Closet". Naas Charity Closet formed last year (2016) saw the rehabilitation of Edwinase centre in Kumasi and Cheshire home (a home for the mentally deranged persons) and also Patmos Orphanage home where she adopted an eight years old girl
Personal life
Born to Mrs Florence Moses and Mr Nicholas Odonkor, Naa Klordey Odonkor is their last child of her parents. She is an ambitious lady who believes in excellence (pursuing excellence in all spheres of life)
