Biography
Mutahir Showkat is an Indian Photographer and writer (born on 24 August 1999) to a Kashmiri Muslim family in Qazigund of district Anantnag Jammu and Kashmir.
He received his early education at Hanfia Public high school a local private school in Qazigund Anantnag up to 10th standard. After that, he went to GHS Kadipora Anantnag up to the 12th standard. Currently, he is doing a bachelor’s in engineering from LDRP-ITR Gandhinagar Gujarat.
Career Journey
Mutahir Showkat is an Indian photographer and writer. His induction into the world of photography came about largely by chance. He started his photography carrier in 2013. Being such a great photographer Mutahir has also done open mic events in various parts of Jammu as well as Kashmir, collaborating with his friends he launched an event organization named Chrysalis Artist in 2019 which is currently working in Jammu, J&K. In 2020 he launched his own production house named as Chinar Production which is currently functioning in Anantnag, Jammu, and Kashmir. In 2021 he launched a social media marketing agency named Chinar Media which is based in Gandhinagar, Gujarat.
He has published several books. Mutahir’s self-published trilogy Sweet Life comprises the books Photography tips for beginners, and Photography editing and editors.
Achievements
Mutahir Showkat has done a major contribution towards photography, he has authored two books on photography. The first one is “Photography tips for beginners”. It is a complete guide for those who are interested to do photography or want to make photography their career. This book helps a person to understand the basics of light and how your eyes fix the lighting. Apart from learning photography, it guides a person how he can earn by doing Photographer another one is “Photography editing and editors”, as editing is the main thing after capturing a photograph, to make a picture more attractive editing is must so this book helps a person to learn how to edit the photos and It is a complete guide about different software’s used in photography editing.
