Mustafa Soylu, (d. 1883 Niğde – ö. 27 Aralık 1920), Türk siyasetçi.
Konya İdadisi 1. Sınıf terktir. Nâfıa Kalemi Kâtipliği, Niğde Muhasebe Kalemi Başkâtipliği, Maârif Dairesi Muhasebe ve Tahrirat Başkâtipliği, Dârü'l Hilâfe Medresesi Öğretmenliği, Sivas Kongresi Niğde Delegeliği ve Heyet-i Temsiliye üyeliği, TBMM I. Dönem Niğde Milletvekilliği yapmıştır. Evli ve beş çocuk babasıdır.
