Biography
Moshe Hai Ben-Menashe is an Israeli-Belgian painter and diamond-dealer.l
Moshe was born in 1939 in Karachi in pre-independence India to Parents who originated from Afganistan. He Emigrated to Israel in 1949 as part of the Youth Aliyah program. He was accepted to the Bezalel Academy of Art and Design but due to difficult financial status he was forced to cut short his studies after three months and becoming a social instructor and teacher. Later on he attended art Arts Acadeemy in Antwerp and Merksem, Belgium. Paints mainly biblical themes.
Moshe currently lives in Belgium.
