Mohamed Trebak

Mohamed "Mo" Trebak is a Moroccan professor of molecular and cellular physiology at the Pennsylvania State University.

Trebak was born in Morocco. He completed his studies at the Department of Pathology of the University of Liège in Wallonia, Belgium. Following graduation, he became a postdoc at the Wistar Institute and then held the same position at the National Institutes of Health where he studied with James Putney. In 2007, Mo Trebak joined Albany Medical College as an assistant professor and three years later was promoted to associate professor. In 2015, he became a tenured professor at the Pennsylvania State University Medical Center.
