Biography
Mirza Abdul Karim Roushan Tehrani was an Iranian philosopher on mysticism, law, and their relation to the Quran. He was also known as one of the great Masters among those at the philosophical School Of Tehran.
Authority
When he was 28 years old, he received the permission of Ejtehad from Ayatollah Sayyid Mar'ashi Najafi.
Character
He was a versatile philosopher in the Quran and narrations. He had extensive understanding of the relations between wisdom, mysticism and the Quran. He often advised his pupils to practice self-reflection, contemplating divine love, and praying.
Teachers
He had also great teachers. Sayyed Jalal Addin Ashtiani described Ayatollah Roushan Tehrani as the Only Factual Pupil of Mirza Mahdi Ashtiani. Other notable instructors of Mirza were Sheykh Ali Lavasani, Sheykh Muhammad Lavasani, Aqa Zol MAjdayn, Mirza Mehdi Ashtiani, Mirza Taher Tonekaboni, Mirza Ebrahim Emam Zadeh Zeidi, Mirza Muhammad Ali Shah Abadi, Muhammad Taqi Amoli.
Career
He had private teaching and also near relation with his pupils. many time asked him to accept honorary doctorate but he permanently refused. he also taught in the faculty of theology of Tehran university. but this point has to be mentioned he just live with the outcome resulted from Accountant occupation which in fact was his Original job.
