Minorka Marisela Mercado Carrero (born January 15, 1972 in Caracas, Venezuela) is Miss Venezuela 1993. She won the Miss Photogenic|Photogenic, Best in Swimsuit awards and placed second runner-up to Miss Universe 1994.
