Biography

Mihkel Neps (19. september 1890 Lümanda vald, Saaremaa – 21. märts 1937 Laheküla, Saaremaa) oli Saare maavalitsuse esimees aastail 1923–1935.

Mihkel Neps oli I Riigikogu liige ja pärast Peeter Jakobsoni tagandamist II Riigikogust kuulus Neps alates 14. septembrist 1925 ka II Riigikokku.
