Biography
Mehmet Fatih Kale (born 30 May 1969) is a Turkish Futsal coach, specialized in Women's Futsal, and known for his contributions to the development of Women's Futsal in Asia. In 2014 , Kale established the first ever women's National Team for the Chinese Taipei Football Association. His contentious Futsal Philosophy on the "Physiological differences between Men's and Women's Futsal" (in particular : muscular system which effects speed and explosive power) , argues that the execution of tactics in Women's Futsal should not be same as Men's Futsal, and new tactics and strategies should be innovated specifically for women. Currently, he is the Technical Director of Futsal Department at Chinese Taipei Football association.
