Biography
Maurice Nibelle est un homme politique français né le à Rouen (Seine-Maritime) et mort le à Rouen.
Avocat auprès du tribunal de Commerce de Rouen, il est ensuite suppléant au juge de paix. Conseiller d'arrondissement en 1909 puis conseiller général de 1910 à 1928, il est député de Seine-Maritime de 1914 à 1924, siégeant sur les bancs radicaux.
Il a donné son nom à une école, avenue de la Porte-des-Champs à Rouen.
