Biography
Mateos Toçi (born 16 May 1993 in Elbasan) is an Albanian professional footballer who plays for Bylis Ballsh in the Albanian Superliga.
Career
He left his hometown club KF Elbasani following their relegation from the Albanian Superliga and joined newly promoted side Bylis Ballsh on a three-year contract in July 2015.
