Biography
Mashiur Rahman is a Bangladesh Nationalist Party politician and the former Member of Parliament of Jhenaidah-2.
Career
Rahman was elected to parliament from Jhenaidah-2 as a Bangladesh Nationalist Party candidate in 1991, 1996, and 2001. He is the President of Jhenaidah District unit of Bangladesh Nationalist Party. In 2017, he was sentenced to 10 years imprisonment by a Jhenaidah District court for concealing information about his wealth.
