Biography
Mark Moses is a CEO Coach, author, and triathlete. Mark is the Founding Partner of CEO Coaching International, started in January 2008. He coaches 100+ the world's top CEOs and entrepreneurs. Moses has won awards and titles for his work in business and personal life.
Early life and education
Moses watched his father run a men’s clothing store which ultimately went bankrupt. Watching the impacts this had on his family, Mark was motivated to try his own hand at entrepreneurship. When he was 19, he began his first company and moved to California, USA. After he moved, he co-founded a mortgage company called Platinum Capital Group. In 1998, decisions by Wall Street turned this multimillion-dollar company upside down. After making financial decisions, which almost included formally filing for bankruptcy, the company was saved with the help of a partnership with creditors.
Moses attended Wilfrid Laurier University from 1983-1987. He achieved a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration and Management.
Career

Mark is a Founding Partner of CEO Coaching International, founded in January 2008. The company focuses on growth of leading companies, guiding executives and entrepreneurs through creating value and consistency within their companies. CEO Coaching International came in at #1135 out of 5000 in Inc. 5000 Ratings for 2016, jumping up over one thousand places from 2015, where the company ranked #2487.
As a CEO Coach, Mark Moses has spoken at different conferences. In 2012, Moses spoke at the Peak Advisor Alliance Excell Meeting, where he went into his methodology of how to coach CEOs and entrepreneurs to successful business management.
Mark Moses was the Chairman of the Orange County Chapter of YPO—Young Presidents’ Organization—and still serves on the Orange County Chapter as a Founding Board Member. Moses’ message to business leaders to be a successful business leader is that you must focus on these five things: Vision, Cash, People, Key Relationships, and Learning.
A success story from Mark’s CEO coaching is about Rich Balot, who was a finalist for the Entrepreneur of the Year in 2017 for his business, A Wireless. After being coached by Mark Moses, Balot was able to pick up his company from loss and turn it into profitability again.
Mark is an author of a book, “Make Big Happen: How to Live, Work, and Give Big” published on February 8 of 2016. In his book, he guides entrepreneurs on how to ask harder and bigger questions in order to get better results from their companies.

Personal life
In 2004, Mark’s son of three years old developed a brain tumor. CHOC extracted the 6-cm tumor and drained cerebral spinal fluid in an emergency procedure. The surgery was successful. Because of this experience with Children’s Hospital of Orange County, Mark was inspired to join the CHOC Foundation board of directors.
In 2006, Mark officially earned the title of Ironman after his first Ironman competition in Canada. Since then, Mark has completed 12 Ironman marathons. Moses follows business principles to his time in marathon training and participation. He attributes three particular focuses for success here: embrace synergy, mix business with pleasure, and manage your time.
In 2015, Mark’s son Mason joined him for a marathon in Antarctica.
