Maria Esperanza Christina Garcia Frasco is a Filipina politician from Liloan, Cebu, Philippines. She currently serves as the mayor of Liloan. Frasco previously served as consultant to her mother, Governor Gwendolyn Garcia in 2011.
Frasco was recently elected as President of the League of Municipalities of the Philippines (LMP) – Cebu Chapter and as National Vice President of LMP.
