Biography
Marcelo Iván Allende Bravo (Pudahuel, Santiago, April 7, 1999) is a chilean footballer who plays as a forward. He was the captain of the Chile national football team in the 2015 FIFA U-17 World Cup where he scored two goals, being the side's topscorer which thus reached the round of 16 of the tournament. Allende played for Cobreloa at the time and after Chile's participation in the U-17 World Cup there was formed interest of the big clubs in Chile for having him within their ranks. After leaving Cobreloa, his agent got him a move to Deportes Santa Cruz of the Segunda División de Chile to continue his training as a player, wherein his featuring for this club Allende made his professional debut. Allende had a two-week trial and featured even further for English club Arsenal team for their victorious retaining of the Durban International Cup of 2016.
