Marc Cayce (born July 8, 1976) is an American film writer and director.
Life and career
Marc Cayce is writer/director for Foremost Entertainment, an independent motion picture company based in Los Angeles, California and Detroit, Michigan. Cayce has written several screenplays as well as written screenplays for various celebrities like Brandon T. Jackson, Keith Sweat and Miss USA 2010 Rima Fakih.
Born in Detroit, Michigan, he obtained a degree in film making from the University of Southern California School of Cinema/Television, Cayce began his film career by starting a production company. This eventually led him to an independent producer slot with Motion Picture Corporation of America MPCA/Orion Pictures where he began a relationship with Steve Stabler and Brad Krevoy.
Cayce secured a small budget to direct a short film titled “NIKITA BLUES” which was one of the finalists for the 1999 HBO Short Film Competition. In 2000, Cayce finished the feature film version of “NIKITA BLUES” for theatrical release and recently finished his second feature film “FORBIDDEN FRUITS”
