Biography
Mala Murthy isAssistant Professor at the Princeton Neuroscience Institute and Department of Molecular Biology at Princeton University. Her work is around how the brain extracts important information from the sensory world and utilises that information to modulate the behavior of living beings.
Education
Murthy completed her B.S. in Biology from MIT and then pursued Ph.D in Neuroscience from Stanford University. She completed her postdoctoral research at Caltech.
