Ludwig PUFF (naskiĝis la 1-an de junio 1888 en Frankfurto ĉe Majno) estis germana esperantisto kaj seruristo.
Li estis esperantisto de 1921. Li estis funkciulo en la laboristaj Esperanto-grupo kaj distrikto. Li gvidis (ankaŭ en Svedujo) kursojn laŭ rekta metodo kaj verkis lernolibrojn. Li estis kunfondinto de la Socialista Esperanto-Asocio kaj ties prezidanto.
