Biography
Leif Kristian Haugen (born 29 November 1987) is a Norwegian alpine skier. At the Junior World Alpine Skiing Championships, he achieved two seventh places in 2006 in Mont-Sainte-Anne and one eighth place in 2007 in Flachau. He made his World Cup debut in October 2009 in Sölden, and collected his first World Cup points with a 26th place. His highest finish to date is a fourth place in the parallel giant slalom in Alta Badia, Italy on 19 December 2016.
He represents the sports club Lommedalens IL, and hails from Lommedalen. He studied Finance and International Business at the University of Denver, graduating in 2012.
