ليلى بيران (مواليد البليدة، الجزائر) هي كاتبة جزائرية. وهي أحد مؤسسي جمعية نوافذ الثقافية والسينمائية الجزائرية، وعضو اتحاد الكتاب الجزائريين. صدرت روايتها الأولى عام 2006 بعنوان «مسج إلى صديقتي».
