L. J. POEL [pul] estis nederlanda esperantisto kaj katolika pastro. Li estis kunfondinto de Nederlanda Katolika Esperanto-Ligo (NKEL) en 1909, poste ĝis la 1940-aj jaroj funkciis kiel estrarano kaj religia konsilanto de la ligo, kaj estis prezidanto de la katolika Esperanto-kongreso de 1937 en Hago.
