Career
In 2012, Stanislawska founded a fund called Experior Venture Fund. The fund claims to be the first women-founded and run Venture Capital in Europe. The firm has invested in startups with female leaders such as WeGirls, DrOmnibus and Tylko.Stanislawska sits on the board of the Polish VC Association and on boards of numerous public and private companies.She is a member of the European Innovation Council and an expert for Poland's National Centre for Research and Development. Stanislawska co-organized the European Women VC Summit.She is the Vice President of the Polish Private Equity and Venture Capital Association and is a member of the European Innovation Council – High Level Group working with European Commissioner Carlos Moedas.
