김건형(1996년 7월 12일 ~ )은 KBO 리그 kt 위즈의 외야수이다. 그의 아버지는 전 KBO 리그 SK 와이번스의 내야수이자, 현 KBO 리그 kt 위즈의 2군 감독인 김기태이다.
kt 위즈 시절
미국에서 대학교를 다녔고, 귀국 후 해외파 트라이아웃을 거쳐 2차 8라운드 지명을 받아 입단하였다. 2021년 6월 24일 KIA 타이거즈와의 경기에 출전하며 데뷔 첫 경기를 치렀고, 경기에서 4타수 2안타를 기록했다. 2021년 8월 31일에 현역으로 입대했다.
