Khalid Ahmad Kharal (1938 – 27 August 2017) was a Pakistani politician.

Kharal was born in 1938 and raised in Kamalia. He became active in local government in 1963 and served Larkana as deputy commissioner and commissioner. Kharal was later appointed commissioner of Punjab. In 1977, he joined the Pakistan Peoples Party. Soon after Muhammad Zia-ul-Haq declared martial law, Kharal was jailed. Upon his release, Kharal left Pakistan for a advisory position in Abu Dhabi. Kharal spent fifteen years in there, and was later elected to the National Assembly. Upon losing reelection in 1988, Benazir Bhutto named Kharal federal cabinet division minister and served until 1990. Between 1993 and 1996, he was Minister of Information and Broadcasting. Kharal joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf in December 2011. He died on 27 August 2017 in Lahore at the age of 78, and was interred in Kamalia.
