Kenneth A. Marra (born 1951) is an American lawyer and federal judge.
Marra was born in 1951 in Queens, New York. He graduated from the State University of New York at Stony Brook with a Bachelor of Arts degree in 1973 and from Stetson University College of Law with a J.D. in 1977
Marra served as an attorney in the U.S. Department of Justice from 1977 to 1980. He went into private practice in Washington, D.C. from 1980 to 1983 and in Florida from 1984 to 1996. Marra served as a judge of the Fifteenth Judicial Circuit from 1996 to 2002.
President George W. Bush nominated Marra to the United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida on January 23, 2002, to a new seat created by 114 Stat. 2762. Marra was confirmed by the Senate by a vote of 82-0 on September 9, 2002. He received commission on September 13, 2002.
