Kenneth Lyng Karlsen (født 1988) er en norsk lokalpolitiker. Han representerer Fremskrittspartiet og er fra høsten 2019 varaordfører i Etne kommune. Det er hans andre periode i kommunepolitikken som lokalpolitiker.
Karlsen har fagbrev som industrimekaniker og har senere tatt vitnemål som fagingeniør i maskinteknikk, ved Fagskolen i Vestland. Han arbeider som teknisk leder og QA hos Knudsen Dørfabrikk AS.
