Kazimierz Mystkowski (ur. 23 lutego 1871 w Ciszewie, zm. 24 grudnia 1935 w Kaliszu), polski przemysłowiec, założyciel Parowej Fabryki Pierników i Biszkoptów w Kaliszu (1892), poseł z Kaliskiego na Sejm Ustawodawczy (1919), naczelnik Kaliskiej Ochotniczej Straży Ogniowej (1930–1935); pochowany na Cmentarzu Miejskim w Kaliszu.
