Katrin Toome on eesti telesaatejuht.
1990. aastate keskel töötas ta Kanal 2-s sekretäri ja diktorina. Ta oli lemmikloomasaate "Kõige parem sõber" toimetaja ja saatejuht.
Ta on juhtinud Kanal 2 saadet "Seksuaalne kaamera" ja TV3 saadet "Telejazz Live".
2010 oktoobrist töötab ta Tallinna Televisioonis.
