Biography
Kate Box is an Australian actress from Adelaide. She graduated from the National Institute of Dramatic Art (NIDA) in 2003. She won the 2018 AACTA Award for Best Lead Actress in a Television Drama for Riot and was nominated for the 2014 AACTA Award for Best Actress in a Leading Role for her role in The Little Death.She was nominated for the 2018 Helpmann Award for Best Female Actor in a Supporting Role in a Play for the Sydney Theatre Company presentation of Top Girls. She has appeared on television in series such as Rake and Old School and on stage in Dolores (Old Fitzroy Theatre), Macbeth (Sydney Theatre Company) and A Christmas Carol (Belvoir).
