カシデット・プルークポン（タイ語: กษิดิ์เดช ปลูกผล、英語: Kasidet Plookphol、1996年10月25日 - ）は、ブック（タイ語: บุ๊ค、英語: Book）という愛称で知られるタイの俳優。2022年放送のドラマ『Enchanté』で初主演。

アイドルグループ『キュートシェフ』のメンバーであった。
