Karl-Siegmund Litzmann (1. elokuuta 1893 Minden Westfalen – elokuu 1945 Kappeln) oli kenraalikuvernementti Ostlandin Viron piirijohtajana 5. joulukuuta 1941 – 17. syyskuuta 1944 Tallinnassa.
Hän oli Saksan miehityssiviilihallinnon johtaja Virossa suurimman osan maan miehitystä.
