Biography
Karl Robert Ruus (4. märts 1899 Pangodi vald, Tartumaa – 22. mai 1946 Magadan) oli Eesti poliitik.
Ta õppis aastatel 1920–1932 ja 1936 (lõpetas) Tartu Ülikoolis agronoomiat; Eesti Üliõpilaste Seltsi vilistlane.
Ta osales Vabadussõjas. Aastatel 1930–1933 oli Karl Robert Ruus Valga, 1936–1940 Harju ja 1941–1944 Lääne maavanem. 10. juunil 1940 valiti ta Eesti Maapanga direktoriks . Ta oli Rahvuskogu teise koja liige.
Arreteeriti NKVD poolt, suri nõukogude vangilaagris.
