Biography
Karl Johan Knudsen (født 22. august 1873 i Horten) var en norsk lokalpolitiker (Ap). Han var sønn av Børre Knudsen (1837-) og Marie Knudsen (1843-). I 1910 ble han valgt inn som varaordfører i Horten kommune og satt som ordfører på samme sted i to perioder (1914–1915 og 1917–1918). Han livnærte seg som snekker. Han ble gift 8. desember 1917 med Ingrid Svendsen.
