Karin Knudsen (født 11. desember 1948) er en norsk musiker. Hun var trommeslager i Club 7s jenteband, Red Hot Peppers på 1960-talletog er nå gitarist og vokalist i R&B-bandet Florrie & Nattergalene. Hun har vært gift med jazzmusiker og forfatter Hans Petter Knudsen.
