Kanok Ratwongsakul (Thai: กนก รัตน์วงศ์สกุล) is a Senior Vice President of Nation Multimedia Group (NMG) and famous TV presenter in Thailand, he is known for being a TV presenter, along with Sorayuth Suthassanachinda.
Biography
Kanok was born on November 4, 1963 in the poor Thai Chinese family in Pathum Wan District, Bangkok near the Kasatsuek Intersection. He was educated at Wat Rangbua School, Phasi Charoen District, Thonburi side and later graduated with Bachelor of Communication Arts from Thammasat University in the era of Dr. Seri Wongmontha as dean (1983–86).
He has worked as a DJ and freelance journalist for many years. Before joining the Nation Multimedia Group from being a radio host with Suthichai Yoon, later he worked a TV presenter was a Kom Chad Luek (2000–03) with Sorayuth Suthassanachinda until he was known.
He is currently the main news anchor of the Nation TV, he often acts with Theera Thanyapaiboon and is the host on many television programs.
Personal life
Kanok is nicknamed "Ching" (จิ้ง) and he likes to collect important news in newspapers and watch movies since childhood. He married without children, and he is a supporter of Everton FC, Bayern Munich and the Germany national football team.
