K. K. Shailaja Teacher (Malayalam: കെ. കെ ഷൈലജ ടീച്ചർ) (born 20 November 1956) is an Indian politician, Minister of Health and Social Welfare of Kerala and the current MLA of Kuthuparamba. She is one of the two female ministers of Pinarayi Vijayan Cabinet. She hails from Kannur district of Kerala.

Spouse: K Bhaskaran (Mattanoor Municipal Chairman). Children: Shobhith (engineer, Gulf), Lasith (engineer, Kannur Airport)
Career
CPM. Central Committee member. Janadhipathya Mahila Association State Secretary. Third time MLA, represented Koothuparamba in 1996 and Peravur in 2006.
