Biography
Júlio "Foca" Fernandez (born March 3, 1957) is a 7th degree Coral Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu under the late Grandmaster Carlson Gracie Sr. His nickname, Foca, is Portuguese for "Sea Lion". He is the co-author of the instructional book Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu: For Experts Onlyalongside Carlson Gracie Sr.
