Biography
Jozef VAN GULCK (naskiĝis 1-an de februaro 1901 en Antwerpen, mortis 29-an de oktobro 1986 en Wommelgem) estis vegetarana flandra esperantisto. Li estis unu el la fondintoj de Belga Esperanto-Instituto en 1926. En 1968, post 12 jaroj kiel Prezidanto de Skolta Esperanto-Ligo (SEL), Van Gulck, longtempe skoltkomisaro en Belgujo kaj jam dum pli ol 35 jaroj membro de IKUE, eksiĝis el tiu funkcio. Profesie li estis bankoficisto. Li ankaŭ estis aktivulo en flandremaj asocioj.
