José Carlos Brandão Cabral (* 30. Mai 1963 in Tupã, Brasilien) ist ein römisch-katholischer Geistlicher und Bischof von Almenara.
Leben
José Carlos Brandão Cabral empfing am 12. März 1993 die Priesterweihe für das Bistum Limeira.
Papst Franziskus ernannte ihn am 19. Juni 2013 zum Bischof von Almenara. Der Bischof von Limeira, Vilson Dias de Oliveira DC, spendete ihm am 15. September desselben Jahres die Bischofsweihe; Mitkonsekratoren waren sein Vorgänger als Bischof von Almenara, Hugo María van Steekelenburg OFM, und der Bischof von Osasco, Ercílio Turco.
