Johnny Hornby is a British entrepreneur. He is the founder of WPP plc-backed advertising agency CHI & Partners and marketing agency network The&Partnership.
Career
In 1995, Hornby started his career at Ogilvy & Mather and Collett Dickenson Pearce before working with Simon Clemmow at TBWA in 1998. At TBWA, Hornby was responsible for the Labour campaign in United Kingdom general election, 2001 that led to a second landslide victory for Tony Blair.
Hornby founded CHI & Partners along with Simon Clemmow and Charles Inge in 2001.
In 2013, Hornby founded The&Partnership, an international agency holding company spanning four continents and multiple disciplines, including advertising, media planning and buying, Public relations, content marketing, talent management, data analytics and customer relationship management.
In 2016, Hornby was listed in The Sunday Times as one of Britain's 500 Most Influential people. He has been tipped as a potential successor to WPP plc CEO Sir Martin Sorrell.
