Biography

James "Jim" Jolley was an English professional rugby league footballer of the 1900s, and coach of the 1900s and 1910s, playing at representative level for Great Britain, and England, and at club level for Runcorn RLFC, as a Stand-off/Five-eighth, i.e. number 6, and coaching at club level for Leigh, where he was the club's first coach.

International honours

Jim Jolley won caps for England while at Runcorn RLFC in 1908 against Wales, and in 1909 against Australia (2 matches), and won caps for Great Britain while at Runcorn RLFC in 1908 against New Zealand (3 matches).
