Han Ji-hyo (Hangul: 한지효, lahir 12 Juli 2004) atau lebih dikenal sebagai Jihan, adalah seorang penyanyi, dan penari asal Korea Selatan. Ia merupakan anggota dari grup vokal wanita, Weeekly yang berasal dari perusahaan IST Entertainment.

Pada 11 Mei 2020, foto profilnya untuk Weeekly terungkap. Grup ini debut pada 30 Juni dengan mini album We Are.
2021: The Show
