Jennifer Rader

Jennifer Rader is an American actress and dancer from Oklahoma. She is known for her roles in The Bygone (2019) and Sleeping in Plastic (2019.)

Jennifer Rader was born in Oklahoma. She is of Native American descent.

She studied dance at the School of Dance at the University of Oklahoma, Norman, Oklahoma, and graduated with a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree in Modern Dance Performance, in 2016. At the university, she was a junior Modern Dance Performer.

Rader studied acting at The Actor Factory, in Norman, Oklahoma.

Dancing

Rader is a skilled dancer in a variety of types, including modern, ballet tap, jazz, salsa, samba, flamenco, and hip-hop. Through the Oklahoma university's resident modern dance company, Contemporary Dance Oklahoma, she has performed works by Donald McKayle, José Limón, Austin Hartel, and Derrick Minter. She made her international dancing debut at Seminário Internacional de Dança in Brasilia, Brazil, where she performed Tempestade e Impeto (Storm and Momentum) by Mônica Proenca.

In 2016/2017, she worked with Norwegian Cruise Lines Production Company.

She also performs with Hartel Dance Group in Norman, Oklahoma.

Acting

Rader made her show business debut in 2018, appearing in a supporting role of a waitress in Kim Kardashian episode of biographical documentary TV series Scandal Made Me Famous.

In 2019, she was seen playing the role of The Scared Girl in crime/mystery film The Bygone (starring Jacqueline Toboni and Jamie McShane.) The same year she was seen as a cheerleader in crime/thriller Sleeping in Plastic.

Recently, she finished filming for Joshua Caldwell-directed crime/drama Southland and action film All Terrain. In All Terrain, an Oklahoma production, she will be seen playing the lead role of "Liberty" alongside fellow Oklahoma natives Rett Terrell (as Rook) and Marshall Bell (as Chronos.)

In April 2019, Rader appeared in Oklahoma band Mad Honey's official music video for the song Blue and You.
